We are looking for a highly capable, energetic, organized and motivated Healthcare Operations Manager to perform business management tasks for a multi-location medical office. Position requires 40 hours/week in-person work.

Summary: As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for assisting in directing and overseeing the support services and operational needs of the clinic. You will coordinate the tasks of the frontline associates and will serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments, providing the highest possible level of service.
Position Overview:
  • Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
  • Deals with patient complaints and provides timely effective solutions. Daily checking of Klara and voicemails.
  • Plans work and staffing schedules and areas of work to ensure adequate services are rendered. Adjusting MDland and Zocdoc schedules every morning.
  • Schedules meetings with the dermatology reps/ work with the dermatology provider on cosmetic operations and set up RepeatMD.
  • Supervising subordinates in handling daily morning callouts.
  • Orients, develops and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
  • Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
  • Conducts monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
  • Provides staff education and continuous training.
  • Be the top of the 1:1 chain.
  • Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
  • Handles Revenue Management System.
  • Oversees cash primary care and dermatology services.
Compensation:
  • Base salary up to $65k, depending on past experience and proficiencies.
Requirements:
  • 40 hours/week in-person work.
  • Bachelor's degree in an associated field.
  • At least five years' experience in operations and personnel management in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to be a self-starter and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems.
  • Extensive experience in financial management.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations.
