Inspired Homecare is looking for a Healthcare Liaison to help grow our North West and Central territories for Home Health and Private Duty. We are looking for someone who can be compassionate while remaining professional. Maintain and create relationships by calling on a mix of account types, including hospitals, assisted living facilities and rehabs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate new professional referrals while nurturing existing relationships
- Generate targeted referral goals set by Inspired Homecare Standards monthly
- Meet new contacts within hospitals and rehabilitation centers and follow up with referral sources regularly
- Develop and adhere to reoccurring sales calls to ensure strong repeatable referral pipeline
- Research claims, review Out-Of -Network (OON) payment history, reconciles, medical bills and related documentation, and summarizes information to develop data-driven and issue-specific negotiation strategies to reduce medical bills
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Two or more years of B2B sales experience in home health or related field
- Fast paced environment with the ability to multi task
- Private Pay/Medicare Sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail and process-oriented
- Daily travel is a requirement
