Plan, administer, coordinate, troubleshoot, and modify systems, or application(s) for implementation of City-wide HCM and ERP software services; design, configure, implement, test, and ensure the integrity of enterprise applications; coordinate the input and maintenance of critical data.
Manage and implement HCM and ERP projects; design, and partner with vendors and staff to implement continuous improvements.
Perform system administration tasks, including documenting vendor upgrade impacts, business process configuration, managing user accounts, data collection, and validation; design, verify, and analyze custom reports, forms, dashboards, and application integrations.
Develop and write technical specifications, procedures, and documentation for enterprise applications; provide training associated with various business processes, workflows, operations, and HCM/ERP system capabilities.
Provide advanced technical assistance to HCM and ERP system users within various departments of the City.

Four (4) years of information technology experience in the design, configuration, security, and/or support of an enterprise application or similar information technology function.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in information technology, computer science, or related field.

Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado driver's license.
