Hiring Range: $6,550 - $7,371 Monthly

About the Position:
The City of Grand is in the business of quality of life and we have an exciting new opportunity! The Information Technology Department is seeking an expert in best-of-breed enterprise applications to lead the City in maximizing our Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modernization. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration, creative problem-solving, and project management.

The Information Technology department manages the City's various hardware and software systems, networks, and GIS services. Duties

What You'll Do:
  • Plan, administer, coordinate, troubleshoot, and modify systems, or application(s) for implementation of City-wide HCM and ERP software services; design, configure, implement, test, and ensure the integrity of enterprise applications; coordinate the input and maintenance of critical data.

  • Manage and implement HCM and ERP projects; design, and partner with vendors and staff to implement continuous improvements.

  • Perform system administration tasks, including documenting vendor upgrade impacts, business process configuration, managing user accounts, data collection, and validation; design, verify, and analyze custom reports, forms, dashboards, and application integrations.

  • Develop and write technical specifications, procedures, and documentation for enterprise applications; provide training associated with various business processes, workflows, operations, and HCM/ERP system capabilities.

  • Provide advanced technical assistance to HCM and ERP system users within various departments of the City.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
  • Four (4) years of information technology experience in the design, configuration, security, and/or support of an enterprise application or similar information technology function.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in information technology, computer science, or related field.
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado driver's license.
Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
