Position Duties:

1. Hands-on execution of work order scheduling, planning and maintenance.

2. Achieve team objectives while minimizing interruptions to operations and achieving maximum cost efficiency.

3. Eliminate problems and repair malfunctioning machinery and equipment.

4. Troubleshoot operational problems and perform preventative maintenance as prescribed.

5. Order materials and supplies required for operations.

6. Follow safety rules and participate on Safety Committee.

7. Maintain work orders and records relating to preventative maintenance performed.

8. Participate in on-call scheduling including nights and weekends as needed.

9. Perform other related work as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of standard operating procedures including but not limited to Duck well-being guidelines, OSHA regulations, GMP’s, MLF company guidelines and generally accepted trade practices.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems and make repairs.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and general practices. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in a wide variety of applications.
• Working knowledge of computer software including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
