Job description

We are looking for a Handyman to work on miscellaneous tasks for local business owner who owns 3 businesses. You will perform necessary work to maintain the properties. You will be required to do basic electrical work, drywall repair, toilet repair and maintenance, doors and other tasks as assigned. You will handle a variety of issues and tasks upon request. Hours will vary!

• MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFICIENTLY VIA TEXT
• MUST BE RELIABLE
• MUST BE WILING TO WORK

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Travel within a designated work zone (Usually within 15 miles but can vary with work assignments)
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• General knowledge of home repair and maintenance
• Ability to make decisions and communicate with management when needed
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to use an app and input notes and pictures in a detailed manner (This will be taught in an over the phone training after you are hired)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Saint Petersburg, FL 33702: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
