We are looking for a handyman with at least 4 years ‘experience in the residential and commercial market. The right person would join our services division, alongside our licensed plumbers and handyman.
Job Description:
E & H Plumbing & Handyman is hiring a full time, year around, Handyman to have expertise in multiple areas of home repair, maintenance, and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. Perform various types of home improvement/maintenance work including basic repairs, painting, drywall, flooring, basic plumbing, light electrical work, and preventative maintenance. Select material and hardware and make time and materials estimates. Maintain accurate records on material and labor used. Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean. Invoice customer with integrity

Qualifications of a Handyman:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Work successfully with our other technicians
- Good oral and written skills
- Math, reading and measuring skills
- Work from all types of ladders and be able to transport/relocate ladders unassisted
- Lifting, bending, stooping, and climbing maybe required on certain jobs
- Must have your own hand and power tools
- Must be skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and personality
- Ability to learn and use our service software
Work Experience:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience, as a Handyman, working in the home repair, maintenance, and remodeling field.
Responsibilities:
Perform various types of home improvement and maintenance repair work at a proficient skill level as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance.
