Job description
- Performs general repairs, adjust certain doors, repair wooden chair arms, hang shelving/picture frame or whiteboard
- Change out hinges from pantry cabinets and restroom stalls
- Change out some ceiling tiles, reglue/change out carpet or raise floor tiles, install keyboard trays.
- Maintain tools/materials, keep area cleaned and organized.
- Needs to know basic math and be able to read and write English and utilize computer.
- All work upon client and inspection tickets.
- Hours: Monday thru Friday 3:00pm to11:00pm
