About the role:

The Fusion Center GSOC and Intelligence Training Specialist will work amongst the Fusion Center teams, including the GSOC and Intelligence teams. They may be responsible for various training related tasks such as instruction, metric compilation, reporting, quality assurance, and documentation. They develop methods to review, audit, and report on the quality of services, products, and performance of the staff.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
  • Train personnel as needed, in support of new hire orientation and trainer led courses.
  • Implement monthly exercise program to GSOC and Intelligence personnel across various disciplines
  • Weekly / Monthly data reporting as detailed by the training manager
  • Coordinate with cross functional partners to develop and implement a quality assurance review program
  • Document and report on the findings of audits and reviews and recommend actions to improve the quality of the GSOC training program
  • Perform other related duties as required

As a candidate you must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Regional Studies, Strategic Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, STEM or equivalent military/professional intelligence training
  • 2 years of academic or professional experience in training, research, analysis, or development of intelligence products/reports OR 2 years experience working in data analytics, quality assurance, or process improvement role, preferably in the technology field
  • Proficiency in PC and iOS hardware and software including word processing, data analysis, presentation, and mapping programs
  • Must complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as client requested certifications; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
