Indeed is seeking an experienced Group Vice President to lead our growing Client Success team. These teams support our clients and work hand-in-hand with our Sales teams to ensure appropriate onboarding, growth, satisfaction and retention of Indeed’s clients. Our global client base is made up of millions of direct employers from small to medium organizations to Fortune level businesses. You will share client feedback across the business and help deliver it into the hands of our product and engineering teams. This is particularly pertinent now as we transform the world of hiring with innovative tools that dramatically improve our client’s metrics, like speed to hire and cost per hire. You will be client facing, and always stage ready!

This is a critical role that requires a strategic, technically minded, process-driven, results-focused individual who can partner with our greater Client Success, Sales and functional leaders to deliver high-quality service and successful outcomes to Indeed's clients. You will have strong managerial skills to lead a workforce of various experience levels, across multiple locations, and differing priorities based on the client segment. This leader will demonstrate clear communication skills, strong engagement tactics, the ability to deliver on established OKR’s, and a solid knowledge of the job advertising industry. The GVP of Client Success will jointly develop the high-level strategy for team structure and growth plans, influence other Indeed teams to benefit their clients, and work with Sales partners on identifying large client opportunities.

This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and will partner closely with peers to support the growth, development, oversight, and procedural improvement of their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Sales Senior Leadership teams to design and enhance work processes and procedures that support an excellent customer experience and ensure our customers are successful, drive conversions, reduce churn
  • Track and analyze overall team cost structure to maximize profitability, reduce costs and meet financial targets
  • Become an Indeed product and service expert in order to reinforce and educate clients on Indeed’s product suite, measurement capabilities and services
  • Advocate for innovation and effectively lead through change. Skillfully present the voice of our customers to Indeed’s Product & Engineering teams to provide strategic insights that improve our product value
  • Foster a culture that embodies Indeed's values across the Client Success team and effectively lead, develop and motivate the teams with an emphasis on empathy and inclusion
  • Support with Salesforce migration, integration of tech stack that will help Client Success teams be more effective

Who You Are

  • 15+ years demonstrated success leading high performing client support teams
  • 7+ years leading client support leaders across global markets
  • 7+ years experience growing a large scale client support organization globally
  • Experience servicing clients inside Digital Advertising, SaaS and/or multi-platform solutions is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and ability to present information to audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to develop strategic plans with minimal direction while moving things from complex to simple

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

US Remote 300,000 - 450,000 USD per year
