Job description

We are looking for a caring, hard worker, who is always polite and is very flexible. You are available most times of the day, weekdays or weekends. You are also MOSTLY available when called in last minute. We want people to stay long term so we do our best not to burn people out. We plan to have two floats for THREE houses. We are hiring a second so there is less pressure on the other float and our managers. The houses are in Maplewood, Little Canada and Arden Hills.)

You can be salaried OR hourly. If you are hourly, and very flexible we can make a minimal hours guarantee!
Preferably, you will already have cpr, first aid and med certificate training. You must have worked at the same company for at least 18 months and have developmental disability experience. YOU MUST be able to assist with bating/grooming/toileting (if needed) men and women.
You must have a reliable vehicle, driver's license and be comfortable driving clients to the Dr, and in the community.

You must be reliable and wake up early!
