Formula 3 Fitness offers HIIT style full body workouts for all ability levels. Our Proven Formula combines Cardio, Strength Training and Flexibility in every workout proving The Most Effective Total Body Workout in just 45 minutes!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate classes of up to 16 participants through pre-defined workouts
- Make sure all participants are using correct form
- Offer modifications for exercises as needed for individual skill levels
- Know how to use all equipment in the studio and demo all exercises
- Set the positive energy and tone of the studio
Qualifications:
- You must be a MOTIVATOR!
- Enthusiastic, confident and outgoing personality
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Understand principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
- Ability and desire to build client relationships through outstanding customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a group
- Willingness to have FUN!
Part Time or Full Time opportunities are available
Must be available to train a full shift each day you work:
- Morning Shift: 4:45am – 12:00pm
- Evening Shift: 3:45pm – 8:00pm
- Weekend shift 7:15am – 12:00pm
POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT ALL WNY LOCATIONS:
East Aurora, Hamburg and Lancaster/Depew (must be able to travel to at least 2 studio locations)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
