First Quality is a diversified family of companies manufacturing consumer products ranging from Absorbent Hygiene (adult incontinence, feminine care, and baby care), Tissue (bath and towel), and Industrial (print and packaging materials), serving institutional and retail markets throughout the world. First Quality focuses on private label and branded product lines.
We are seeking a Graphic Designer for our First Quality Consumer Products. This role is partially remote with one day in our King of Prussia, PA office or as needed.
Under the supervision of the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer creates graphic support materials and assists in the creation of mechanicals for First Quality. Works on special projects as assigned, to include the set-up of back panels for product conversions, templates, stickers, social media and digital content.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a proven ability to seamlessly lead multiple programs from concept to completion. This person will be nimble, a true team collaborator, proactive in approach, and someone who values relationships. This person must be able to balance compelling creative concepts with designs that help achieve business goals, synthesizing data to inform design decisions and to produce measurable results.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Assigned projects by the Creative Account Manager
  • Creates mechanicals, mock-ups, stickers and coupons
  • Helps create social media/digital content etc.
  • Assists in the creation all internal HR communication pieces.
  • Prepares mechanical artwork for press
  • Accountable creatively to Creative Director on all assignments.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
  • Design training in an accredited art or design program preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong teamwork, commitment to task, quality, adapting to change, customer focus, attention to detail, decision making and problem solving.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working within a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Package Design experience a plus
  • Preferred experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Esko Webcenter.
