RURAL CARR ASSOC/SRV REG RTE – RCA $19.94/Hr. Medical benefits available. RCA stands for Rural Carrier Associate. RCAs assist our rural carriers. Rural carriers deliver on the outskirts of town to mailboxes on posts and cluster boxes. RCAs cover our rural routes when the regular carrier is unavailable. Our office supplies RCA’s with a postal vehicle to deliver the route. You will work on weekends and holidays. As an RCA you will have the option to work in other offices if you need more hours. You may be required to work in other offices. RCAs must be available as needed.
