This role partners and collaborates across the organization and external partners to develop and deliver solutions that meet or exceed targeted consumer benefits in support of regional business needs and in compliance with local safety and regulatory standards.

This role will enable Regional / Local business planning by providing timely and meaningful visibility to External Contract Manufacturer (ECM) capabilities and capacity along with working with their R&D teams to manage the pipelines and portfolio options including active and proposed innovation/renovation initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide visibility to central and local teams on ECM’s pipeline and portfolio including active and proposed innovation/renovation initiatives, value engineering options.

  • Conduct monthly reporting to drive product portfolio management decisions in coordination with the Global and Regional teams.

  • Lead the base sheet and wet wipes manufacturing process with cross functional team ensuring the product meets global and local regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with GGO to drive consumer focused innovation that drive differentiation and deliver on desired claims.

  • Work collaboratively with Regional & Global Leaders Managers, production sites, formulations teams, and quality teams on continuous improvement efforts of product development process and manage the portfolio of products across the region.

  • Drive good manufacturing practices through partnerships to enable the system to deliver a safe consumer preferred product in the market.

  • Monitors emerging innovations in the nonwovens space to potentially incorporate into the innovation pipeline

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Science, or Microbiology field.

  • 8+ years demonstrated ability to develop process improvements as it relates to process improvement, plant design, good manufacturing practices) (GMPs), and quality.

  • 8+ years working within a manufacturing or plant setting

  • A person in this role should also be familiar with wastewater treatment and microbiology fundamental

  • This role will require travel of up to 20% of the work time. This travel will include travel within the US, but also to China, UK, Brazil, Australia, and more.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Spunlace or Coform Nonwovens

  • Experience working with wastewater, hydroentangling, microbilogy fundamentals.

The manager does have a preference for this person to work out of either our Neenah, WI or Roswell, GA locations in a hybrid capacity, but will consider candidates looking to work remotely within the US.
