This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The schedule for this role is Sunday through Thursday for each respective time zone:

  • Pacific Time: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am
  • Central Time: 6:00 pm – 2:00 am
  • Eastern Time: 7:00 pm – 3:00 am

About the role
As a Global Document Production Specialist I, you will be responsible for performing a variety of core document support duties such as creating, editing and otherwise manipulating legal documents and other work product for attorneys and staff. Other key responsibilities include:


  • Completing various basic-level projects in Word (e.g., creating new documents, formatting, generating TOC and TOA, and adding cross-references)
  • Completing various basic-level projects in Excel (e.g., creating new workbooks/sheets, formatting cells/tables/rows/columns, and using simple formulas)
  • Completing various basic-level projects in PowerPoint (i.e., revising slides, inputting/revising text, inserting graphics, and formatting/reapplying slide design and layout)
  • Utilizing Acrobat Professional to compress .pdf files, creating searchable and non-searchable .pdfs., applying Bates numbering, and cropping pages as needed
  • Proofreading documents when necessary; converting documents from one application to another

About you
We’d love to hear from you if you:


  • Possess the basic knowledge of applications typically used in a legal word processing environment, such as MS Office Suite, Acrobat, Interwoven, OmniPage, Visio, and other software
  • Display well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
  • Exhibit fluent written and verbal English language skills, with fluency in at least one additional European language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) a plus

And have:


  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree desired
  • Microsoft certifications in Word Core, Excel Core and PowerPoint
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience working as a word processor at a professional services organization
