TRAX International (TRAX) is preparing to provide base operation support at the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) in support of the Base Operation Support Services (BOSS) contract in Dugway, Utah. TRAX is a large business that has supported the Department of Defense since 1979 and currently performs services for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ; Fort Hood TX; Ft Greely, AK; Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA; Abilene, TX and in the Republic of Panama. All positions are full-time and have generous health care, 401(k) and vacation benefits. Salaries are negotiable based on specific experience and proven performance.


The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead will have demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a Military installation and fulfill the following roles in GFEBS:

  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
  • A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller
  • A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor
  • A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer
  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver
  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer
  • A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter
  • Time and labor data reporting for GFEBS
  • Maintains records, files and logs, typing all general correspondence as required
  • Ensures maintenance of effective internal controls

* Minimum of (3) years of successfully utilizing GFEBS on a military installation specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects
  • Possess extensive working knowledge of GFEBS
  • Must obtain GFEBS certification by completing GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within thirty (30) business days of being employed and provide certificates of completion for all roles required to perform the requirements of the position
  • Must have working knowledge of computers and the ability to use commercial software programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Teams, Word and Excel
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency in assigned function and attention to details
  • Ability to answer and manage multiple telephone lines
  • Maintain neat and orderly files
  • Ability to read, write and receive written and/or verbal instructions in English
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use computer manuals to perform system administration functions
  • Ability to use these forms and databases to provide reports to the Government
  • Ability to use good judgment and common sense when performing job functions
  • May be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Supervisory responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

  • Two (2) years' experience with FARS, DFARS, and other federal regulatory guidance, laws, and requirements preferred
  • Ability to Type or perform data entry activities at 45 wpm with minimal mistakes, desirable
  • Experience as Office Manager, Office Operations or related fields, desired

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

  • The work of this position may be performed in an environmentally controlled office environment or in the outdoors of the test center
  • Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted
  • While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to regularly sit, talk, and hear
  • You will frequently be required to walk
  • While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to complete repeated motions that include the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • You will be required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision

Terms of Employment and Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance
  • Must possess a valid Utah driver's license, without special restrictions
