Boat Ranch is an extension of the Auto Group Truck Ranch. Truck Ranch was founded 7 years ago in Utah, with dealerships now in Idaho, Oregon and soon Colorado. Truck Ranch has realized amazing success in the truck sales industry with group wide sales exceeding $150m annually and growing.

A relatively new boat manufacturer called Montara offering the Surf Boss 2.0 model, is fusion between pontoon and surf boat. It offers the comfortability and roominess of a pontoon and the performance of high-line surf boat. A solution for young and growing families this new brand of boat is ideal for every stage of family life on the water. It can do it all.

Boat Ranch is the exclusive dealer for all of Utah and Oregon. With being the exclusive dealer of all Boats Montara in two large boating states, the opportunity is large and exciting.

Fall of 2023 Boat Ranch will move into its new designated location in West Jordan Utah. This location will be shared with Truck Ranch in a 80,000 square foot state of the art facility. With massive showroom and onsite service, repairs and parts dept. This West Jordan location is part of a new auto-mall and retail development on 90th and Mountain View Corridor. Excellent location with great visibility.

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual with 5+ years experience in the marine industry. We are seeking someone with hands on experience in the following:

• Placing orders with the manufacturer for new inventory
• Hiring and training sales team
• Marketing and Advertising in the marine industry
• Overseeing warranty claims and repairs
• Appraising trade-ins and buying used inventory
• Planning, managing and Attending Boat Shows
• And more...

The ideal candidate is someone with the entrepreneurial spirit and passion to build and grow, who leans into a challenge. Our goal is within just a couple short years Boat Ranch is household name in the marine industry in the Utah and Oregon markets. Assisting families to make unforgettable memories on the water.

Compensation will include a fixed salary and profit sharing. For the right individual this position is often a once in a life time opportunity. Taking a lead role in launching a new Marine center that will lead to oversite and general management of multiple rooftops. Come join our Team!

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
