Job description
- Experience working in agriculture
- Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds repeatedly and 50+ pounds occasionally
- Able to perform repetitive movements & tasks for 8, 10, or more hours per day which include but are not limited to squatting , bending , reaching , pulling , pushing , standing, walking, and lifting over the shoulders
- Must be flexible to work in a team environment and be supportive of co-workers and coaches
- Must be able to work in inclement (hot, cold, and rainy) weather conditions
- Must be able to work the following schedule:
- Spring – 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Monday –Friday, Saturday’s ½ Day)
- Summer – Starting hours may vary between 6:00 am and 7:00 am (Monday – Friday, Saturday’s ½ Day)
