PPF is hiring a General Manager we are looking for someone who has been in the role of managing fabrication at an ASME shop

Purpose of the Position:

· Manage and coordinate employees engaged in fabrication, or in the support of fabrication, at the Sulphur Springs, TX facility

· To ensure all employees follow company safety, quality, and company goals

Principal Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee facility to ensure company initiatives, procedures, processes, and programs are implemented and followed by personnel

· Review and assess facility operation, workload, schedule flow backlog, and assure that the location assets (e.g., people, processes, materials, equipment, and conditions) are in place to meet efficiency, productivity, and company goals

· Ensure facility operates within budget and achieves revenue goals

· Provide oversight and supervision to managers and supervisors responsible for vessel, pipe, heat exchanger, and structural fabrication, as well as heat treatment, painting, and modular skid assembly

· Define and communicate the responsibilities, authorities, expectations, and accountabilities of direct reports and other personnel within the facility organization

· Enforce target goals regarding staffing, training, safety, quality, equipment, tools, materials, and production

· To evaluate the performance of personnel at the facility

· To ensure maintenance of company assets such as the facility, machinery, welding equipment, and stock inventory

· To establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

Required Qualifications:

· A minimum of 10 years of fabrication experience, preferably in an ASME fabrication shop

· Leadership capability to develop and execute a strategy for the operation, align supervisors/employees to it and drive implementation to achieve continuous improvement
