High-volume, fast-paced 15,000 sq. ft. children's entertainment venue in Doral, FL seeking experienced, positive, motivated General Manager/ Operations Manager to lead a team of about 20 staff members to continued success.

Jumpin' Jamboree was established in 2011 and has been a staple in South FL children's entertainment for over a decade.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of management experience required.

• Experience in hospitality/entertainment or retail industry preferred .
• Weekend hours required.
• Must be able to lead and manage 20-25 employees
• Bilingual requirement- Must speak English and Spanish fluently
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must have cash handling experience
• Must have excellent customer service experience
• Driving sales/performance and achieving sales goals
• Must possess excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Promote positive work environment and maintain high-quality guest service experience
• Must have experience in high-volume, fast paced environment and strong abilities to multi-task
• Must have experience scheduling staff and managing cost/labor budget
• Training new employees and staff development.
• Background check and drug test required
