The General Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee standards and in compliance with all applicable laws.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of GM experience in a medium to high volume restaurant/QSR
• Arrives on time
• Great with guests
• Can foresee problems before they occur
• A leader and role model for team members
• Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
• Top-notch guest service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Must submit to a background check
