Innovative Foodservice Group is hiring a General Contractor Office Manager/Administrator job in Morrow, GA.

As a Office Manager/Administrator who will work closely with the current President on any day-to-day needs. This is a role where you will make direct impacts across multiple areas of the business and become the location’s go-to person.

Innovative Foodservice Group (IFG), a member of the Trivest portfolio of companies, is leading foodservice equipment distributor with four major brands across multiple geographies. IFG serves a diversified customer base primarily in the restaurant, lodging, education and healthcare industries.

Job Requirements:

• Ensure all general contracting licenses across multiple states are kept in good status and updated when needed
• Become the location ERP Superuser to support all project managers, purchasing agents and accounts payable within the ERP system
• Provide back-up support to Purchasing and Accounts Payable if needed
• Review individual project expenses to ensure they are within budget and posted to the correct project
• Review individual expense reimbursements for all employees at location for validity and correct posting location
• Review timesheets prior to Corporate (IFG) processing payroll
• Work with location President to book percent-of-completion or AIA Billing accurately and timely within the ERP system prior to month end
• Work closely with Corporate (IFG) to ensure SG&A and overhead expenses are within budgeted parameters
• Ad-hoc reporting and tasks as needed from location President
