JOB DESCRIPTION

General Summary of the Position:

• Make repairs to finished concrete products using different power tools and equipment / Working with power tools to create wooden trusses
• Demolition and site clean up
• Ground work

Essential Functions:

 Willing to work in a fast paced work environment

 Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

 Loading and Offloading of trucks

 Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor.

 Construct wooden concrete forms using blueprints, shop drawing and previous experience.

 Patch finished concrete product.

 Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.

 Material handling and storage.

 Load and unload trucks.

 Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

Abilities and Understanding

 Understanding of proper use of equipment, tools, materials & supplies used in concrete production and finishing.

 Blueprint reading and understanding in relation to construction of wood forms

 SAFETY - Understanding and practice of.

 Being able to meet production budget and schedule while working independently.

 Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor.

 COMMUNICATE - the ability to verbally elaborate on details

 Reliable transportation

 Ability to arrive on time and leave on time

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or GED equivalent.

 2 years of General Construction Labor, prepping job sites, cleaning up construstion trash and debris

COMPENSATION:

Based on proven work experience, work history, and knowledge of the industry.

Resumen General del Puesto:

Reparar productos de hormigón terminados utilizando diferentes herramientas y equipos eléctricos / Trabajar con herramientas eléctricas para crear armazones de madera
Demolición y limpieza del sitio.

Funciones esenciales:

 Dispuesto a trabajar en un ambiente de trabajo acelerado

 Capacidad para levantar al menos 50 libras

 Carga y descarga de camiones.

 Realizar una variedad de tareas que impliquen trabajo manual extenuante.

 Construir formas de concreto de madera usando planos, dibujo de taller y experiencia previa.

Habilidades y Comprensión

 Comprensión del uso adecuado de equipos, herramientas, materiales y suministros utilizados en la producción y acabado de hormigón.

 SEGURIDAD - Comprensión y práctica de.

 Ser capaz de cumplir con el presupuesto y el cronograma de producción mientras se trabaja de forma independiente.

 Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados, caminar y estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo y realizar trabajos físicos extenuantes.

 Habilidad para llegar a tiempo y salir a tiempo

Calificaciones:

 Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente de GED.

 2 años de experiencia en Trabajo General de Construccion,

Basado en experiencia laboral comprobada, historial laboral y conocimiento de la industria.
