We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing company! The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with financial institutions, an ability to communicate clearly, and a willingness to work within a strict but flexible schedule. The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing sales strategies and programs, identifying and presenting new sales opportunities, planning and monitoring the group's sales goals and progress, hiring and training new sales staff and developing a smooth workflow between departments.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and clients.
• Provide company information when requested.
• Present and explain products to clients.
• Explain financial options to clients.
• Be available for client questions during and after normal business hours.
• Set up company products for display in retail stores.
• Show samples of company products to retail employees during training sessions.
• Interact with employees during staff meetings.
• Coach sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, professionalism, and sales techniques.
• Handle difficult customers.
• Maintain working relationships with suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,338.86 - $167,547.04 per year
