Full-Time Surgical Assistant needed for our medical practice specializing in outpatient skin cancer removal. . We have offices located in Metairie, Mandeville and Biloxi. We are looking for a full-time Surgical Assistant in our Metairie office to assist in office procedures. Other duties will include triaging patients, wound care, post operative care, EMR charting, scheduling, communicating with patients and other physicians offices, instrument sterilization and other duties as needed. Must be able and willing to travel between offices as needed.
Experience in OR or office-procedures preferred.
Computer skills required. Excellent communication skills required.
