Sunbelt is working alongside a school district in the Charles Town, WV area that is in need of a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a full-time opening for the upcoming school year. We are looking for qualified, passionate RNs that work and communicate well with children. Apply today!
Registered Nurse Description:
- Full Time
- 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Elementary – Middle School caseload
- New school year
Registered Nurse Requirements:
- West Virginia Nurse License
- Passion for working with young children
- Active License in WV
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Pediatric and school experience preferred
Registered Nurse Duties:
- Provide direct healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
- Review medical records of numerous students and making IEP recommendations
- Monitor student immunization records and administer medicine
- Consult with teachers, school administrators and other school staff regarding student care
- Carry out health assessments and screening for the development of students
