The Full-Stack Developer is a core player in the production and delivery of modern applications for our business. The candidate will be working with a team that has responsibility to design and deliver applications that empower the business and provide reporting capabilities that enable leaders to make the best decision. You will primarily work with REST APIs, React TypeScript and .NET development technologies all running on Microsoft Azure technologies. A successful candidate will be able to build client applications across web and/or mobile platforms using modern client languages with DevOps, CI and CD experience. In addition, the candidate should be able to assist in modifications to back-end API systems.

Responsibilities include

• Collaborating with other product team members to create secure, reliable and scalable software solutions
• Efficiently producing well-organized, optimized and well-documented source code
• Designing and developing code into independent reusable components
• Decomposing requirements (typically user stories) into meaningful tasks with estimations
• Triaging high priority bugs
• Providing application support to software running production
• Contributing to foundational code elements that can be reused many times in various products
• Identifying enhancements, either client-facing or technical, that creates a better experience for the end user
• Writing unit tests and custom code to automate test cases
• Proactively viewing articles, tutorials and videos to learn about new technologies and best practices being used within other technology organizations that can be applied where appropriate
• Using no-code or low-code platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, PowerApps, etc.) to build low-requirement line-of-business apps
• Instrumenting client applications to improve software debugging and measure application performance that ultimately drive quality decisions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a full stack developer utilizing Microsoft technologies
• Experience with developing mobile or web applications using React
• Experience with ReactJS testing frameworks
• Experience with .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server
• Experience with version control (Git/TFS preferred)
• Experience with REST API development
• Experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• Understanding of agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build & release automation tools (Jenkins, Visual Studio Online (TFS, DevOps))
• Familiarity with commonly used architecture patterns
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, VSO, GitHub Issues, etc.)
• Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
