Headset Advisor is excited to announce that we’re hiring for a full-time full charge Bookkeeper in Rancho Cordova.

We’re looking for someone who’s able to work independently with little direct
supervision, and has knowledge and experience working in Quickbooks. You should be someone who enjoys detailed work and takes pride in it. You should also be someone who has a past work history of being reliable, honest, confidential and able to be counted on to come to work consistently and arrive on time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of, and experience with, Quickbooks
• Typing speed of no less than 50 words per minute
• Works with accuracy, detail, focus and is reliable and honest
• Able to perform monthly reconciliations
• Able to manage AP/AR and place calls to customers for collection of aging AR
• Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality regarding financial information
• Assist with paperwork when onboarding new employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a pleasant, cooperative, positive attitude
• Able to provide Accounting references if asked to furnish them

How much does this job Pay?
$20 - $25.00 per hour, depending on your experience
