Book keeper/Accounting Manager is a full time salary position.

Tasks: Candidate will need to provide a wide variety of administrative support to multiple managers and departments.

QuickBooks a MUST.

Accounting background a MUST.

Reliable transportation. Some travel required to meet with customers or vendors. Fuel paid.

Ability to handle various administrative duties such as AP/AR, answering telephones, taking messages and filing, Tax reporting, permits, invoicing and daily customer service.

Ability to perform prompt and complete tasks as needed.

Operate office equipment such as Computers, fax machines, copiers and phone systems.

Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships. Occasionally dinners and Outings.

Must understand and agree to company hand book, policy and procedures..

Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills with effective oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn new programs quickly.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced team oriented environment.

High level of oral and written communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Flexible daytime hours and Saturday’s when needed.

Minimum Associate Degree.
