Harmony believes in making a difference in the lives of those we come into contact with, every single day. As part of the team, you provide 1:1 care for medically fragile children in their homes. With shifts varying from as little as 4 hours up to as many as 12 hours. We pride ourselves on meeting the needs of our patients, and families, while working with your schedule.

Paid Training will be provided.

Responsibilities include providing medical care for pediatric patients with complex health care needs, and working collaboratively with members of the care team and family to provide long term stable care outcomes. As part of the team, you will communicate the mission, ethics and goals of Harmony Home Health and Hospice by providing compassionate and quality health care needs for medically complex children.

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Currently licensed in New Mexico as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.

Have and maintain a reliable automobile, driver’s license, and auto insurance

Pass a criminal background check and drug screen upon hire.

Current TB test, CPR card to be kept on file.

Have the passion and desire to care for children.
