JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an office manager with excellent organization skills, with a professional and personal disposition . The ideal candidate is flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You’ll be a strong and reliable support to our operation, maintaining and creating procedures, communication, and safety. Not only will your effects allow us to achieve organizational efficiency, you will nurture a pleasant visitor experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.

2. Responsible for developing and implementing office standards by setting up procedures to guide the operation of the office.

3. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

4. Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.

5. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.

6. Provide other administrative support as necessary, including but not limited to scheduling and maintaining calendars, and supporting employees with day-to-day specific needs.

7. Address employee queries regarding office management issues.

8. Other duties as assigned.

9. Maintains cleanliness of common areas.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

1. Strong critical thinking skills, detail oriented, and highly organized.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize

3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal).

4. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

5. Demonstrated ability to work well within a team.

6. Proficient with Microsoft Office

7. Engaging personality and optimistic outlook

8. Experience developing internal systems

9. Ability to handle confidential information

QUALIFICATIONS

Language

1. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Education

1. High School Education or equivalent required.

2. Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred.

Experience

1. At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
