Riverbend Sandler Pools is searching for a highly motivated, and energetic receptionist. Riverbend Sandler Pools is one of the largest, most prestigious custom pool builders in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. We sell a high quality and competitively priced product. The ideal candidate would possess a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. This individual would also be in search of a career, not just a job.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
· Greet incoming guests and vendors
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
· Order, stock, and maintain beverage and office supplies
· Log and distribute leads
· Maintain the cleanliness of our showroom and tile room
· Mailing out marketing materials to prospective clients
· Coordinate and distribute mail
· Assisting with Tile selection (check stock and reserve tile)
Qualifications & Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· 2 years of office administration experience
· Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Strong organization and problem-solving skills
· Customer service background is a must
· Must be detail oriented
· Ability to multitask
· Cheerful disposition
· Reliable and Timely
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
