Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience, with a strong focus on User Interface development.
• Proficiency in Software Development IDEs like Microsoft Visual Studio, Android Studio, and familiarity with Linux.
• Preferred experience with modern web development frameworks.
• Preferred ability to create original icons and diagrams in vector and raster formats.
• Working knowledge of embedded hardware and software, with demonstrated skills in electronic hardware design.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and test User Interfaces that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Research and implement solutions aligned with UI functionality and user technical experience.
• Plan and execute User Interface architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, controls, software, quality, program management) for design analysis, simulation, field tests, and certification/compliance tests.
• Gather customer insights and communicate them to the development team.
• Perform engineering analysis, including root cause analysis, and solve complex technical problems.
• Work independently and in a team on challenging projects.
• Conduct project meetings with key stakeholders.
• Estimate project work and contribute to development schedules.
• Foster a professional leadership environment that upholds company values and objectives.
