We are currently hiring qualified Front Desk Sales Associate for one of the largest network of Pilates studios, and growing at an astronomical rate. With over 800+ studios in the United States. We are an equipment based Pilates studio providing both group and private classes for all levels of fitness.
POSITION : The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Demo Classes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants. Present available services to current and prospective members.
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio, merchandise, and other duties as assigned.
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Assume responsibility for developing selling skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Evening and weekend availability

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
