Front Desk/Reservations Agent/Health Club:
- Front Desk position, year-round position (Employee Housing Might Be Available)
REPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests, owners and health club members in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
- Handle all front desk tasks as needed for rental guests checking in/out of the resort.
- Process reservation calls and emails accurately and forward any questions to Front Office Manager or the Director of Marketing.
- Check-in health club members to the private health club located on the resort's 20-acre property.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner with a pleasant, energetic voice.
- Perform the daily tasks according to the VRC standards.
- Ensure owner's questions or requests are handled or forwarded to the appropriate manager.
- Provide excellent communication and relationship with all departments especially housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Helpful, smiling and a service-oriented person with strong computer and multi-tasking skills needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous front desk experience preferred but not required
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID- 19 virus and provide evidence of full vaccination status.
