STG Auto Group is seeking a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills, great communication and a winning attitude. This individual will be receiving a high volume of incoming calls and must be able to multitask efficiently. They will have to determine the nature of the call and direct the caller to the right destination. Professional phone etiquette is a must! Greet all visitors in a friendly and helpful manner. Maintain a polished and professional appearance; you are typically the first person our customers see! Must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask our front desk. Be cooperative with the sales team and managers. In addition, performs multiple administrative duties such as data entry, processing and printing documents and files.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Must be able to work weekends
- Valid Drivers license
- Bilingual in Spanish
