Position Overview:

Versatility and willingness to challenge yourself are key. An ideal candidate must absolutely love working with patients and be genuinely positive and enthusiastic. This will be a full time position.
The
Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all of our patients, inbound/outbound phone calls, scheduling patients, administrative functions, and providing superior customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professional Phone etiquette
- Directly greet and service patients for scheduled appointments as well as impromptu visits
- Scheduling appointments according to schedule guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Verifying and retrieving benefits online for patients prior to appointment
- Calling patients to confirm upcoming appointment
- Assist in discussing patient's prescription and eyewear option
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- 100% committed to providing legendary, eventful and memorable customer service
- High School diploma
- Experience in Eyecare is a plus
- Available Monday through Friday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and general computer skills.
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
