we are seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Front Desk Associate for second shift. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest satisfaction while attending to guest needs such as check-in/check-outs, reservations, and answering guest questions. The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, compassionate attitude to be the best part of each guest’s day.Applicants need to be flexible, and available to work in any Shift.Hotels experience is preferred but not required.Interested candidates e-mail your resume and eligible candidate will be schedule for an interview.

Job Functions: - Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. Determines a guest's reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay.- Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.- Helps guests complete registration cards and then assigns rooms accommodating special requests whenever possible.Verifies the guest's method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures.- Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks, and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel.Must be sales-minded. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.- Setup Breakfast items during night audit shift.Keep Eye on Breakfast room during breakfast time and replenish food item as needed.- Clean and organize registration desk, breakfast room and lobby area.Works closely with the housekeeping department in keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.- Maintains guest room key storage, and maintains and supervises access to safe deposit boxes.Maintain Breakfast & Guest room supply Inventory and store delivery to storage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.10 - $11.00 per hour
