We are a family owned business looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, input data with great attention to detail, and communicate with coworkers and other staff. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. We have been in business 80+ years and are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist that can be courteous and professional in representing our company.
Responsibilities
- Input data, communicate with office staff/management, warehouse employees and salespeople.
- Answer phone calls and direct customers to get their questions answered
- Office duties include but not limited to: making copies, filing reports, recording customer complaints, filing sales orders, working directly with the service department, and other clerical duties
