Key Responsibilities:

* Answering calls promptly and professionally on behalf of different clients
* Operating a computer switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls
* Scheduling appointments and meetings, client intakes and other administrative tasks
* Greeting office visitors and determining nature and purpose of visit
* Working closely with clients to build strong professional relationships

* Prior phone answering experience including preferred, but not required
* Bi-lingual helpful but not required

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED (higher education is a plus, but not required)
* Proficient typing skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
