Hood Dental Care in Watson is a seeking a full-time dental receptionist who is ready to make a difference in patients' lives. We are looking for an invested individual with impressive communication skills and who is organized, professional, service minded and willing to go above and beyond to master more than just the basic responsibilities of the job.

The dental office receptionist performs many tasks requiring both interpersonal and technical skills including but not limited to:

• Greeting patients
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Collecting payment
• Responding to patient emails, texts, and phone calls
• Interpreting patient's dental insurance benefits
• Dental terminology
• Dentrix Ascend software
