Guthrie Family Dental is looking for a full-time front desk receptionist to join our work family and to help us continue to grow within our office. Our front desk plays a huge role in creating an environment that allows our patients and staff to feel welcomed and valued.
Full-time employees earn benefits such as; paid holidays, up to two weeks of PTO, health care reimbursement, and 401K.
Job description:
- Greet and welcome patients
- Input insurances and communicate patient benefits
- Review treatment plans
- Schedule patient appointments
- Take incoming and place outgoing calls
- Check patients out and collect balances due
Work hours are Monday 8-7pm, Tuesday 9-4pm, Wed/Thursday 8-5pm, Fridays 7-12pm
Hourly wage rate is $20/hour but is negotiable based on work experience
