Seeking a full time front desk receptionist/medical records clerk. Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30. Location is Macon clinic.

Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. The receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure patients are welcomed positively and effectively does check in responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• All medical records requests. Including answering all medical office requests, attorney requests, and patient requests.
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is presentable and clean.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning.
• Tricare knowledge essential
• Incoming referrals, communication with referring office staff.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Hands-on experience with office equipment and EClinicalWorks.
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Able to work well with others
• Work ethic, comes to work on time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
