Austin Skin is a boutique dermatology practice in the Bee Cave area, where patients receive the highest standard of care by our three Harvard trained, board certified dermatologists. We are looking for a front desk receptionist and patient coordinator that can help put our patients at ease and make them feel like part of the family. Communication skills are a must, kindness is a must, positivity is a must.

This position involves answering the phone at the front desk mostly and also potentially checking people in and out, setting up follow up appointments, scheduling appointments for the doctors, and scanning in referral paperwork. This position interacts with patients and prospective patients on a daily basis so anyone who applies should be a "people-person." We are a small group and we all wear many hats so anyone who applies should be excited for the opportunity to grow in knowledge and skills and work well as a team with other people.

Job perks include some dermatology services which is a fun plus! This position has some flexibility in terms of days/hours-- we were thinking maybe Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8 to 10 hour shifts but there are other ways we could set up the schedule per your preferences for times and amount of hours per week (for example more half days vs fewer longer days etc). This position could potentially grow into a full time position if that is what you desire or could remain part time long term.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
