Can you give the 100th person who steps up to the Front Desk to check in for their appointment the same high level of customer service as the first in the morning? Are you able to answer the phones all day long with the same pleasant enthusiasm? Yes, the job also requires you to check patients in & out, answer phones, schedule appointments, take copays, verify insurances, assist with paperwork, scan & electronically file documents, etc. But we are seeking someone to join our team who can do it with a smile on their face and grace under pressure. We're less concerned with previous medical receptionist experience and more concerned with whether your skills can provide our patients and business associates with the best first-impression possible. Please note, this opportunity is full-time, Monday-Friday, at our main office in downtown Buffalo, and we provide parking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
