Imperium Chiropractic is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator (Chiropractic Assistant) at our Eau Claire, WI location. The Chiropractic Assistant is the first and last point of contact for patients. The ideal candidate must be able to create a warm, professional, and inviting environment and enjoy engaging with people.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate for the Chiropractic Assistant role believes in the core values of Imperium Chiropractic and is driven by our mission and vision. Beyond that, we are seeking a candidate who has proven experience managing patient/client relationships with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with a driven, bright and diverse team. The successful candidate has experience in a healthcare setting or service industry and demonstrates intellectual curiosity.

  • Effectively schedule and manage patient appointments across 3 clinic locations:. Ladysmith, WI, Eau Claire, WI, and Superior, WI
  • Verify insurance benefits and explain them to patients in a way that is easily understandable and financially manageable
  • Manage patient flow
  • Collect and process patient payments
  • Process patient intake paperwork
  • Must enjoy working with people
  • Must be comfortable with face-to-face and over the phone conversations
  • Must be able to multi-task

Experience

3–5 years of experience in the healthcare or service related industry is preferred but not required. A high level understanding of basic computer technology such as Microsoft word processing, email, search engines, and basic computer hardware is preferred but not required. An ability to handle, engage, and connect with diverse groups of people, manage time, and troubleshoot patient related questions and concerns are crucial.

Hours

  • Monday: 6:45am-6:00pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday: Off
  • Thursday: 6:45am-6:00pm
  • Friday: 6:45am-5:00pm
  • Saturday: (as needed) 7:45am-12:00pm
