Our Front Desk Coordinators are the first point of contact for many of our customer coming through our doors or calling in with questions. Not only do you welcome the customer, you provide a huge support to the Sales team with various tasks. If you can be described as someone who loves interacting with people, thrives when multi-tasking, and enjoys the feeling of being an asset to your team – we can’t wait to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Greet and direct customers arriving at the dealership
• Answer incoming calls
• Scan customer information into system
• Filing and data entry
• Receipt of money
• Page for available sales reps
• Ensure a constant supply of deal jackets for the Sales Floor
• Manage the Plate Log (contacting customers upon plate arrival, distributing plates, and weekly audit)
• Daily processing of print and email queue in system
• Manage incoming appointments (prepping folders and ensuring appointments are properly marked as Show/No Show)

What You Bring:

• Part time must be available evenings and Saturday's
• Ability to present a professional and polished image while establishing positive relationships with staff and guests
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must have good time management and be detail oriented
• Must have intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• Must have ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
