The Job Responsibilities of the front desk position include but are not limited to scheduling, insurance verification, insurance processing, fielding calls from patients and dental offices, confirming appointments, and processing payments.

All front desk personnel are additionally cross-trained to be proficient in chairside assisting, instrument sterilization and inventory management.
