West Grove Clinic, SC is an established State certified Mental Health and Substance Use clinic currently serving the Appleton, Kenosha, Marinette and Milwaukee areas. We are looking to ideally add a full time Clinical Front Desk member to our Milwaukee team. Part Time would ONLY be available for the right cannidate.

Shifts would be scheduled between the hours of 8-6p Monday - Friday. If hired for part-time we are seeking a cannidate with flexability to do more hours if someone is on vacation or out sick.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• Strong customer services skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• The ability to oversee and complete daily office functions
• Needs to be flexible to provide coverage of office hours
• Must have a positive attitude
• Experience in an office setting, preferably clinical or medical
• Basic knowledge of insurance terminology is a plus
• Ability to be flexible, navigate change, and help in difficult situations
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations
• Ability to be hands on, go with the flow, while staying motivated to keep clinic functioning

Position Description

• Scheduling new and existing patients
• Following patient check in procedures and notifying provider
• Making patient charts
• Completing records requests
• Answering clinic phone calls
• Prepping drug screen order paperwork
• Processing patient payments
• Scanning and uploading patient charts to EHR
• Verifying insurance through online portals
• Checking patient balances

Previous experience working in mental health or a medical setting with knowledge of scheduling software, electronic medical records and insurance terminology are a definite plus.

We are offering $15-$18 dollars an hour based on experience.

PTO for fulltime only. We do not offer health insurnace at this time.
