High Point Climbing and Fitness is a premier rock climbing gym that offers a unique and challenging experience for climbers of all levels. Our gym features state-of-the-art facilities, top-quality equipment, and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Front Desk Staff to join our team at our Rock Climbing Gym! As a Front Desk Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking in members, answering phones, assisting with retail sales, and maintaining a cleaning the gym.
Looking for people who are passionate about rock climbing and fitness.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with check-ins
Performing orientations and working with many types and sizes of groups
Preforming belay tests, teaching, belaying
Monitoring safety of members and guests
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist with retail sales and inventory management
Provide information about the gym and its services
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Process payments and manage cash transactions
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the gym
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of rock climbing or willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
